Amazing group of professionals. I was able to get an appointment in less than a month and since I was traveling from out of town, they made sure to get everything done at once. Both the technician and doctor were amazing. Both were very personable, I never felt rushed, and they were able to explain everything in a way that I could understand with great analogies as needed. Thank you Samantha and Dr. Rogers for making this a great experience.

It's been a great experience from start to finish. Starting with the staff; courteous, very professional and empathic. My doctor was Dr Josh Page and he was absolutely great from the first time I went in, through surgery, post-op and subsequent follow ups. Their practice is all about patients health and not about extorting money. I've seen that at other providers so I appreciate the quality patient care provided here.

Honestly, the office exceeded my expectations! We had a short wait, the office staff, nurses and doctors were all so warm, helpful and kind. Dr. Hahn was so helpful and took his time answering all of our questions and putting us totally at ease. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Hahn and his incredible team of audiologists, technicians and staff to address my spouse hearing issues. Tried couple of options before we reach Dr. Hahn and they mention 80 % of chance that surgery would be successful since ear drum has big hole and ear bone also impacted. But when we met Dr. Hahn, he was so confident and explained clearly about ear drum hole and ear bone would not go in one surgery. Post scans he said that everything would get fix in one surgery. Surgery was went through successfully and post surgery results great and hearing got better. 100% suggest Dr.Hahn and team. Thanks

We found the Dallas Ear Institue after moving to DFW from Florida. Our son had been diagnosed with a congenital ear canal issue the FL doctors advised wasn't really operable or curable. They basically advised us our son would have to wear hearing aids the rest of his life. Upon moving to DFW we decided we would do our best to find another medical group who possibly could give us some new ideas for treatment options. We found the Dallas Ear Institue and Dr. Hahn and our son's life is forever changed. Dr. Hahn reordered some scans and upon review, advised us he felt very confident that our son was a great candidate for a surgical intervention...He was right! Our son now has normal hearing without the use of hearing aids. We can't say enough good things about Dr Hahn and all the staff at the Dallas Ear Institue! No matter how challenging or difficult a case may be...I would trust them with my family's care.

Fearing for years going to another ENT, I have never been as surprised and happy with my decision to go to the Dallas Ear Institute. It was the best decision I could have made. The staff are caring and attentive and Dr. Page made me feel more comfortable than I could have imagined. The relief is overwhelming.
